CBT is all about understanding how our thoughts can influence how we feel and what we do. In other words, negative thought patterns can elicit negative emotions which can lead to negative behaviours which in turn reinforce our thoughts. Leading to an ongoing problem cycle.

Work is fact based and analytical in reflection, behavioural experiments are a key part, providing evidence for assumptions to be challenged.

A number of diagnostic and self-monitoring tools will be used to help raise your awareness, prioritize and manage a way forwards. Goals will be set, and small steps monitored/calibrated as the problem cycle is broken down. Building your confidence at your pace.
