Whatever your answer is, you are not ‘broken’, you don’t need ‘fixing’. You have more than you need within you to solve the issue that might be holding you back; a wealth of personal abilities.
It’s just that life sometimes throws us off track or we simply can’t see through the fog.

It’s OK not to know where to start – 90% of what we ‘do’ we’re not even aware of (that’s our ‘subconscious’), whilst the reality we are living in seems to never stop changing and gets harder to understand.
And it’s OK to address the past – using what we’ve left behind to guide our future. The past gives us a wealth of experience if we edit the distortions that have been getting in our way – just take the version we can learn from.
Because we never stop growing and changing, and sometimes we just need help in shining a light on what we need to let go of, and what we could do more with.
As one door closes…many more could open. You just need to know where to look.
