The unique combination of Coaching, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Hypnotherapy approaches means that I can truly customise the work I do with you, dialling up/down the emphasis on technique required, whilst tailoring to your circumstances and the pace at which you’d like to go. Most coaching and treatment programmes don’t require more than 3–6 sessions (CBT can take a little longer).
I offer individual client sessions via Zoom.
Working with businesses, I will work via Zoom and on site, often for a scheduled time/day to accommodate more than one individual.
Sessions usually last between 60–90 minutes, and I will provide a customised audio recording to help consolidate changes we are working on between sessions.
